2014
While in the UAE, AHP launched & implemented activities for international & Filipino communities especially those in distress under POLO & OWWA at the Philippine Embassy - United Arab Emirates.

As our initiative to uplift the lives of the Filipino community in the UAE, we implemented We | Care, We Aid, We | Honor, We | Support & We | Organize Projects under The Filipino Achievers Organization &!AHP as the CSR of TFAO Media LLC.

Our team conducted projects in the Philippines while we're still abroad and successfully implemented De-Light (solar lamps) iProtect (indigenous peoples), LunchBox (200-days feeding program in schools) and the ground breaking of Heal@Home (1ha children's community).

AHP was incorporated and recognized as a non-government organization on September 7, 2018 under Securities & Exchange Commission for its community accomplishments. We also submitted our sustainability plan in order to continue our endeavors which includes Hug-in-a-Mug™️, AdvocaShirts®, iProtect™️ accessories & iWriteHistory™️ as part of the AHP Merchandise.

During the hit of Covid19, AHP partnered with Rendon Trading and together we focused on diversifying LunchBox Project Feeding Program to LunchBox Project Superfoods for the food innovation that was conceptualized in 2014. Our persistence was driven by the concept of army foods. We fought to prove that similar products can be made available for the kids in order for them to be active & reduce absenteeism from schools. The innovation also aims to promote nutritious food packs that utilize locally sourced ingredients, with inclusion of basic community sectors as stakeholders, building capacities & creating sustainability whilst pandemic.

AHP's innovation and community partnership initiatives was granted regional and national fundings for the upgrading of our technology and strengthening our community partnerships. The grants were from Department of Science & Technology Region III through DOST PSTO Bulacan followed by the DOST Philippine Council for industry, Energy & Emerging Research & Development (PCIEERD) under Women-Helping-Women Innovating Social Enterprise Program. It is also in the same year that AHP acquired three certifications from DOST Food & Nutrition Research Institute (FNRI) for the adaptation of Rice Mongo Sesame Complementary Food Blend, Rice Mongo Instant Blend and Rice Mongo Curls Technologies. Through our partnership with Rendon Trading we also witnessed the growth of our MSME partners not only in sales but also on their products development.

We| Connect Project
Through our commercial partnership with Rendon Trading, AHP was able to conduct capacity building & connect various MSMEs to different sales channels which enabled local products be positioned in the market. Our efforts have brought sustainability to our partners which allowed them to grow and expand their industry. This partnership has also been instrumental to continuing job generation, activation of livelihood & cooperatives and more importantly the cultivation of agricultural & ancestral lands.

Being one of the grantees of DOST PCIEERD Women-Helping-Women Innovating Social Enterprises (WHWise) Program, AHP is able to perform local interventions to communities that have similar products used as ingredients for our superfoods. These interventions are in collaboration with DOST Bulacan. Our initiative enables them to have a sure market apart from creating jobs & sustainability.

Deborah Gay A. Dayrit
Founder & President
Deborah is a visionary & a community enabler. She started the community projects of AHP with her family & closest friends while working as a corporate CEO in the UAE. She also served as the Chairman of the Philippine Business Council Abu Dhabi, UAE from 2018-2020 and still holds an emeritus title for the organization. Deborah is a one of the UN Women & UN Global Compact Signatories & Participants and currently one of the 8 incubators of the Philippine government funded social enterprises under the Department of Science & Technology-Philippine Council for Industry, Energy & Emerging Research & Development (PCIEERD) WHWise Program as well as the project leader for DOST R3 Grants in Aid (DOST PSTO Bulacan) project for her research & innovation related to LunchBox Project Superfoods & its community beneficiaries.

Louise Ann Dayrit
Technology Implementers & Board Members
Louise handles AHP RMS License and AHP Merchandise. They work together for the implementation of regulatory standards related to operations of DOST/FNRI RMS License. They also manage the product & business development of AHP Merchandise which includes Hug in a Mug, AdvocaShirts & I-Write-History with beverage accessories, casual & sports apparel and stationery products respectively.
Patricia D. Estacio
Chief Finance Officer & Board Member
Patricia is a finance management specialist with corporate administrative background in the UAE. She’s handled media portfolios & multi-faceted businesses abroad prior to joining AHP. She’s currently responsible for the funding management of AHP grants as well as the finance aspects of AHP NGO, AHP Commercial & soon AHP Merchandise.
Denisse Estacio - Bautista
Chief of Operations & Board Member
Denisse has a corporate operations background in the UAE as well. She’s currently handling the full operations management of AHP Manufacturing responsible for the production of LunchBox Project Superfoods. Denisse’s strategic management & leadership is evident in successful deliveries of LBPS products to our growing customers. She’s also responsible for the creation of quality management systems & operating manuals of AHP, Inc.
Beng Rendon
Commercial Affairs Director & Partner
Beng has extensive experience in financing & investment field. She’s the head Rendon Trading whose responsible for financing the production of AHP’s partner MSMES. Rendon Trading’s significant role in AHP community engagements led to the realization of our objectives of creating sustainable communities. Our successes for the past three years would not be possible without Rendon Trading.
